Haloxyl
Function: Lessens dark circles in the under eye area. Works by dissolving the accumulated spent blood that leaks into the delicate tissues around the eye area. Haloxyl also helps reinforce the fragile under eye area to reduce the potential for dark circles occurring.
INCI: Water (Aqua) & Glycerin & Steareth-20 & N-Hydroxysuccinimide & Chrysin & Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7
Appearance – pale brown liquid
Usage Rate: 1% – 3%
Water Soluble: Add to the formulation at below 40C. Works well in creams, lotions, and serums.
Combine with Centella Asiatica Extract and /or Horse Chestnut Extract both of which help strengthen the delicate capillary structure around the eye
