Cucumber Extract (cucumis sativus extract)
is a natural skin emollient and softener with cooling and tonic properties. Ideal in skin cleansers but also soothing body lotions and skin creams, especially after-sun products. Softens and nourishes hair.
The primary vitamin in cucumber extract is Vitamin C which can help even out skin colour, improve collagen manufacture, and as an anti-oxidant can help eliminate damaging free radicals from the skin. It also contains skin beneficial amino acids and minerals.
