highly concentrated freeze dried powder. The freeze dried powder maintains the freshness of the extract until you are ready to use it in your formulations. Simply reconstitute the  powder by adding to water in the ratio of 200:1 (200 parts water to 1 part powder). If you wanted to make a 1kg (1 litre approx) solution then add 5g  powder to 995g water. When reconstituted you can add the liquid to all kinds of skincare products – creams, lotions, toners, serums etc.

The solution will be fine for 3 to 5 days if stored in a fridge. If you plan on keeping the solution for longer, then you will need to add a preservative. Please contact us for advice on how best to preserve a solution of aloe vera

Aloe Vera has a long history of use as a skin soothing agent. It can be applied to irritated or inflamed skin to calm and soothe the affected area. Aloe Vera juice can also be ingested to settle the stomach.
