Method (Professional Formulation Workflow)

1. Hydrate Sepimax Zen

  • Add water to a beaker.
  • Sprinkle Sepimax Zen over the surface.
  • Allow it to hydrate for 10–15 minutes without stirring. (Zen clumps if stirred too early.)

2. Heat Oil Phase

  • Combine Montanov 68, Montanov 202, plant oils, esters, and DUB Cire H1.
  • Heat to 75–80°C until fully melted.

3. Heat Water Phase

  • Add the rest of Phase A ingredients to the water and hydrated sepimax. Heat to 75°C.

4. Emulsify

  • Add the oil phase into the water phase with moderate shear (hand mixer)
  • Mix for 2–3 minutes until uniform.

5. Cool Down

  • Continue occasional gentle stirring (spatula or spoon) until 40°C.
  • Add preservative and fragrance.
  • 6. Decant into suitable jars

6. Allow full gel‑cream development

  • Zen continues thickening over 24 hours.
  • Final texture becomes bouncy, fresh, and silky.
