How to Use Montanov 202
As a rule of thumb use the emulsifier at 25% of the amount of oil in your recipe. So if your formulation has 12% oil content use 3% emulsifier. Add to the heated oil phase.
We recommend using a water phase thickener to aid stability and increase the thickness of the cream. Combine with Montanov 68 if you want a slightly denser cream. If you want a richer, thicker cream, rather than increase the amount of emulsifier, add 1% cetyl alcohol to your oil phase,
